HIGH CEILING ATTIC LADDER – UP TO 415 CM

The DOLLE clickFIX® Vario is an attic ladder with scissor ladder that can reach an attic height of up to 415 cm. In addition to the greater attic height, the clickFIX® Vario has been designed to meet the need for greater safety, easy handling of the ladder and greater comfort when accessing this height. The scissor ladder, made of aluminum, is easy to extend and fold. For extra safety, the ladder is equipped with deep steps, which guarantees both comfort and safety. Add 2 VARIO telescopic handrails if these are to be installed on both sides of the ladder for extra safety and comfort.

EASY INSTALLATION THANKS TO CLICKFIX® TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to the patented click system on the clickFIX® attic stairs from DOLLE, the clickFIX® Vario can be easily installed with just a few clicks, without the need for special tools. The attic stairs consist of three separate parts: cupboard, ladder and hatch. After mounting the cabinet and the hatch, the ladder clicks easily onto the cabinet without special tools thanks to the patented click technology. The custom loft ladder offers an extra high cupboard of up to 80 cm, making it possible to install the attic stairs in attics with thicker insulation. The height of the enclosure is adjusted using the design tool on the page. A cabinet height above 36 cm is mounted with an extra walking surface in the cabinet. If the cabinet height is greater than 65 cm, 2 steps must be installed to comply with building regulations.
The hatch is made of white laminated plywood and the scissor ladder is made of anodized aluminum. The housing is made of white primed plywood.
The 76 mm thick clickFIX® Vario hatch retains the heat effectively. DOLLE clickFIX® Vario has a tested U-value of 0.49 W/m2*K.

CONTROL KNOB AND COVER FRAMES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
