The Loft REI 45 is a three-part mounted qualitative staircase with a fire-resistant hatch. The hatch is made of 50 mm Rockwool and the ladder itself is made of solid anti-slip beech steps. Supplied without plastic feet and handrail.

DOLLE REI 45 has a fire resistance of 45 minutes and is sufficient
to EN 13501-2. The attic stairs replace the BD 30 attic stairs from DOLLE. The hatch is insulated with 50 mm rock wool plate, which is made of non-flammable, moisture and water-repellent rock wool. The hatch has a beautiful finish in white HDF plate with hidden hinges and is equipped with a high-quality lock.
DOLLE REI 45 Attic ladder is made of sturdy quality pine with 12 non-slip beechwood steps with black non-slip plastic feet to protect the floor. The 19 cm high housing is equipped with sealing strips to prevent heat loss. The wooden ladder is easy to operate, high quality, stable and easy to use.

It is important that a house is built in such a way that the structure is protected for a short time in the event of fire. The building regulations therefore impose several requirements on the fire resistance of construction parts in a building or home. This includes a standard for attic stairs. That is why we test our fire-resistant attic ladder program according to the highest standards in Europe and they comply with EN 13501-2. DOLLE REI 45 has a fire resistance of 45 minutes.
A fire-resistant attic staircase is tested in a fire test in which the attic staircase is built into a fire chamber and exposed to a real fire situation. DOLLE's fire-resistant attic stairs have been tested according to the new common European method for testing the fire resistance of building components REI. The fire-resistant attic stairs from DOLLE REI 45 have been tested at the MPA Braunschweig institute in Germany.
