The DOLLE MINIFLEX attic ladder comes complete with an aluminum scissor ladder, the hatch is insulated with 5 cm polystyrene and the steps are non-slip. MINIFLEX is used where there is a need for a loft ladder that does not take up much space and is also suitable for small ceiling openings. A specially developed suspension system ensures even weight distribution and ensures smooth and safe operation.

The cabinet is 14 cm high and made of spruce wood. The robust sandwich construction of the
hatch is 5.6 cm thick. The attic stairs have a beautiful finish with hidden hinges
it is easy to cover, paint and varnish. The cabinet and the hatch have a raised edge and the cabinet is equipped with a sealing strip for an extra good seal. The deep steps of the ladder are just one of the details that distinguish DOLLE MINIFLEX from other attic stairs.

The solid aluminum steps feel safe and comfortable to climb on. It can be extended and extended with a simple pull or push and can be installed in small, tight spaces as it takes up a minimal amount of space. The steps are 7.8 cm deep and tested for a load of up to 100 kg and a U-value of 0.90 W/m²K, DOLLE MINIFLEX is suitable for all well-insulated spaces. For a room height above 260 cm, there must be a minimum rough opening length of 80 cm. The cabinet width plus cabinet length may not exceed 240 cm. It is not possible to add extension links to the ladder. The cabinet height may be a maximum of 14 cm.
