The Loft SW40-5 is a three-part high-quality staircase. The hatch is manufactured in 36mm HDF and the ladder itself is manufactured in solid pine steps. Supplied without plastic feet and handrail.

DOLLE SW40-5, formerly the SW36-5, is a 3-part folding staircase with a cabinet height of 14 cm and a hatch with 34 mm top insulation, super EPS that ensures the improved U-value: 1.16 W/m2*K . The attic stairs are fully assembled, making installation of the attic stairs quick and easy. No headroom or storage space is required in the attic. The ladder is made of solid spruce wood, with non-slip steps for extra safety. It has a high-quality finish with a white shutter. The housing is equipped with a continuous rubber draft stopper to prevent drafts and heat loss.
The DOLLE SW40-5 is available in different sizes. The DOLLE SW40-5 has a specially designed height adjustment system and comes with a wooden push/pull bar for easy operation.
