The Loft RF90 is a three-part mounted qualitative staircase with a fire-resistant hatch. The hatch is made of 50 mm Rockwool and the ladder itself is made of solid anti-slip beech steps.

The DOLLE RF90 is fire resistant for 90 minutes and complies with EN 4102 -2. The hatch is insulated on each side with 50 mm rock wool + 10 cm plasterboard. The attic ladder BD 90 is supplied with a double latch for easy and safe operation in combination with the wooden push-pull rod. The attic stairs have a beautiful finish with a white shutter and white-painted wooden cover strips. The DOLLE BD 90 attic stairs have non-slip steps and plastic feet for extra safety and are supplied with a draft stopper that reduces heat loss.

It is important that a house is built in such a way that the structure is protected for a short time in the event of fire. Building regulations therefore impose various requirements on the fire resistance of construction parts in a building or home. That is why we test our fire-resistant stairs according to the highest standards in Europe and they comply with EN 4102-2. DOLLE BD 90 has a fire resistance of 90 minutes. Class 4 airtightness tested by IFT Rosenheim (EN12207).
A fire-resistant staircase is tested in a fire test in which the staircase is built into a combustion chamber and exposed to a real-life fire situation. DOLLE fire-resistant ladders have been tested according to the new common European method for testing the fire resistance of building components. DOLLE's fire-resistant stairs have been tested at the MPA Braunschweig institute in Germany.
