The attic stairs are fully assembled, making installation of the attic stairs quick and easy. No headroom or storage space is required in the attic. The ladder is made of solid spruce wood, with non-slip steps for extra safety. It has a high-quality finish with a white shutter. The housing is equipped with a continuous rubber draft stopper to prevent drafts and heat loss.
